Something that you alluded to a moment ago, Guy, which was about the idea of the brain as a predictive processing machine.

This idea that the brain, the mind, the body mind is constantly running simulations of the world and updating them.

That feels quite central to the argument of the book, but it's also quite a difficult thing to get your head around.

And so I'd love to hear your thoughts on that to perhaps unpack that a bit.

And perhaps linked to this is Damasio's idea of the somatic rudder.

This idea that emotion, how we feel about things is absolutely key.

The so-called salience network of the world, right?

The extent to which we care about something really influences our ability to learn about that thing.

And so I want to just throw this back to you, just sort of to make the case, make the strong case for embodiment science.

What are some of the key findings that have shaped your thinking here?

Yeah, yeah.

And it goes deep, isn't it?

Damasio's work and this idea that not just highly charged topics like that, but just words like table or Rolex or dog or something, that everything is sort of charged with some sort of emotional tag.

And that this is the emotion is so fundamental to our understanding of concepts and ideas.

And so you mentioned the four E's model there.

And I know that you talked about that the E's have been multiplying, right?

And you introduced what you described was an orchestra of E's.

And there's a number of additional ones you talk about that we are evaluative, we are emergent, expectant, and so on.

Let's not go through all of them because time is a bit limited.

But Emily, is there one that you might like to alight on a little bit to unpack an additional E to this model?
