The so-called petty crime, which means begging, thefts, shoplifting, but nothing to do with violence.
Driving crimes, for instance.
Romanian authorities have developed an excellent cooperation with the Metropolitan Police and the British Transport Police.
Because this cooperation is so good, we got results.
So if you get results, you arrest people.
It is about understanding the rules of the host country.
Driving in Britain is a bit different from driving in Europe, for instance.
But once the rules are learned, the level of crime increases.
