We all assume it's pretty good.

About 10 years ago when I looked, it was poor.

I'm trying to figure out how to get more patients to come back for repeat injections.

I know

it's very easy to say have a nurse navigator call the patients, but you know, oftentimes you don't have the resources.

You can't just schedule it because you need authorizations now in the wiser audit.

So I'm trying to see how we can use that.

Well, how we can get patients to follow up sooner.

I know one of our colleagues, Glenn Wernberg, has studied kind of machine learning that helps predict using AI, putting in patient factors and seeing which procedural intervention they may be most successful with.

I think those things are kind of cool.

So I think there's a lot that we're still learning.
