Why would I be resentful?
It's my life.
This happened to be the life story of me.

So the question is, how much energy am I going to put into that and hold myself back when I have all these other incredible possibilities?

Then I can advocate for other people to help women get self-defense courses so that we can actually protect ourselves.
I mean, I can turn it into something else.
I can make lemonade out of lemons.
We all can.
We're wired for that.
Number one, sleep.
Sleep is everything.

So it's eating, it's creating waste.
Go to sleep.
Sleep should be a priority.
And if you sleep, then the microglia can come out and then all the garbage and waste can get cleaned up.
