What about the ear cleaning places?

I've been to those a couple of times.

It's quite noisy.

Well, to lose your hearing from wax or debris in your ear canal, you've got to close it off 100%.

If it's 99% occluded, you'll still hear perfectly normally.

And normally it just flicks over that last little bit and you lose your hearing.

And we can return that real quick.

Okay, it depends on your height.

If you're five foot two and 120 kgs, that's not good.

But you used to use a thing called BMI, which is your weight divided by height squared sort of thing.

And it's generally rubbish because it doesn't account for muscle mass.

Oh, heck.

If your doc's saying around about 100 and 110, that's pretty reasonable.

Even that's probably a little bit more.

Interestingly, they're using metformin.

It's a good old-fashioned drug.
