It's uh antihistamine is probably the best effect you can.
It's a release of repair chemicals caused by something, can be caused by uh certain chemicals, can be caused by changes in temperature.
Just cold urticaria also happens when you go for a swim in the cold water and you come out frozen, all swollen up.
Uh it is an over um overactivity of your repair chemicals going on.
Antihistamines, if it's
happening frequently, try taking an antihistamine every day for six to twelve weeks.

We have found through studies that the best way of dealing with pain from um nerve root entrapment in your lower back is to send you to a psychologist.
It's the one thing that works the best.
In other words, working you through the pain, working to understand what the pain means in that.
So after a week we get worried about six months.
So you you if it is a true nerve retrapment, as long as you don't have any major loss of function like uh inability to control your bowels or bladder, you're peeing and crapping yourself, or you've got lots of numb areas, especially in your gooch, um we're not too worried about that.
