So if we're talking about seasonal allergy, um using nasal steroid sprays are probably better than the nasal rinses.
Um fluticazone nasal spray is probably your best one.
If you haven't tried that, that would be a good move.

Um rosacea is a weird thing.
We don't know what causes it, but basically it's uh where you get this weird rash acr around your face, especially around uh the base of your nose, sometimes on the nose itself, uh red pustular type.
So uh there's some medicines that we can use to calm it down.
And it sometimes can be associated with other autoimmune diseases and this thing called uh Shogun syndrome where you get dry eyes and dry mouth and it maybe that's what we're seeing.
So that could be s unfortunately there's not a lot you can do for the shogruns, but there is uh some things that we can really work hard on the rhosacea.
Yes, they do grow out and it can take up until they're fifteen years of age, especially young boys.
