My my clients, my patients are used to that line and that's uh quite fun when you release it.
The problem is you say it with two hands on your shoulders.
Um as long as you've had a puritone hearing test to define that your hearing is the same in both ears.
If the hearing is different in both ears, that needs to be attacked further.
Um tinnitus is again, the psychologist is the one that treats tinnitus.

please high f otherwise you drop your high frequency noise um um hearing very quickly.
The little hair cells are really, really fragile and if you keep belting them with high frequency, high energy noise, they break.
Once they're broken they don't repair.
