And some people are great at this part of it, some people are great at this part of it.
Hire the parts that you're not great at and be grate grateful that you've got people that can fill those roles for you.
You've called in like five or six times.
That's true.
I'm thinking of, and I don't know the coach's name or the athlete's name, but I'm thinking about the most recent March Madness.
And it was in the women's division.
And there was an exchange between a coach and a player that went viral, where the coach was in the player's face and from afar,
it looks like Coach is destroying this person.
But when the commentators were reading her lips and decoding what she was saying, she was very strongly saying things like, I believe in you, and I can't want this more than you.
And during the interviews,
They talked about, we have built a relationship so deep, I know exactly what she needs when she needs it.
And the player, I love it, she was like, she's coaching me exactly as I've asked her to coach me.
And so, because people were getting mad at her, how dare you yell at your player, whatever.
And the player was like, that's exactly what I needed.
But all of that exchange was built over years of grinding out a relationship together.
And so I think a good leader knows their team
And here, Dave knows he can have a quiet conversation with me.
