And I photocopied that advert.

I wrote my application, attached my CV, and faxed it to the address that was there.

Then I went home and told my wife.

Then I said, my God, I need to tell you something.

I have applied for a position in Abidjan.

He said, where is that?

I said, but you have a job here.

You are the chief of a virology lab.

I went to Cote d'Ivoire and interviewed with the U.S.
