So I don't think that the structure of government is an excuse for why things may have gone wrong during COVID.
Yes, I would agree with that completely.
I think that I feel from Prasad's email, and I really hope that he can
turn that into something real.
There's this idea that floats around where you say, we need to do this trial to get these results and to show that it actually helps.
there's a viewpoint out there that says, oh, that's going to be, you're asking us to build a trial that's so expensive, it's impossible.
