Uh and it's it's not just about frequency and the beauty of the body.
It's about the beauty of the story that you're writing together.
So some of the things that I've noticed as I'm entering into this phase and I'm fully in this phase now, like I started to realize that there's a part of me
That was feeling ashamed of aging.
You know, like feeling ashamed of wrinkles and greying hair and
You know, like of the fact that I'm older.
Like we just have that language in our culture.
Like we don't want to tell people our age
Like, oh, I don't want to celebrate another birthday.
What's the point?
I'm just getting older.
Right.
And so where did we learn that?
I mean I could guess, but I think down deep inside we're resisting our mortality.
You know, but we just value youth and vigor.
We don't think about eternity.
And I've had to really level set and realize like
I've outlived the life expectancy of most people throughout history.
And
Aging is not a bad thing.
