We don't survive well without really solid connections, but specifically we want to be liked.
And when we're not getting liked, it causes our nervous system to go into overdrive.
Like it's really, really hard.

I wanted to be the provocative guy because I love to have opinions that are kind of

And I just got so sick of doing it because I was constantly on, oh, it's exhausting, on the defense all the time.
So yeah, people who are in that space, it's hard.
But you know, the other thing around this, Ella, and this is really important.
I don't want to derail the conversation, but the way the algorithm works, it doesn't matter whether you're talking about TikTok, Instagram, whatever platform.
