And I think the real solution to that is to be authentic all throughout.
If you're putting on a mask, it's got to come off.

So instead, change yourself to be authentic.
like more authentic in both places so don't try to be an inspiring leader just be a regular human being which once again i was trying to explain to your team like i'm not that great and they were like not having it you know and it's like so so people will look up to you right so when you have a public persona that's all they see they don't see the you know when you get mad at the waitress because you're
croissant is toasted too much or whatever, right?
Like, I don't do that, but.
I don't do that either.
I've never done that.
Yeah, I haven't done that either.
But I do think that this kind of dichotomy is very common.
And that's just a general principle.
Psychologically, when you, see, anytime you take a neutron and you split it into a positron, you always get an electron.
And this is a really interesting thing that we've learned in psychology, where if you look at some of these new innovations in psychotherapy, like radical acceptance, right?
Right?
So this is kind of- What is radical acceptance?
So there used to be this idea, or there's a very common idea, like we were saying earlier, that sadness is bad.
Anger is bad.
But now there's this new kind of perspective in psychology that nothing is bad.
