So like as long as I self-sabotage myself, there's always the possibility of being the best.
I just need to figure out how to do motivation and build the right habits and eat the right things.
And if I can figure everything out, then I'm going to be number one.
But I don't ever really want to test myself.
Does that kind of make sense?
Yeah, it does.
So a couple of things to understand.
One is that negative emotions are very powerful motivators.
Then we โ people like you get into this trap where your negative motivation โ like I asked you, is sad bad?
And then โ so everyone was like, oh, yeah, I've been invisible too.
Then you said sad isn't bad.
Sad is good.
That's where most people are gonna be left behind.
Because for them, sad is bad.
But you realize that, okay, sad is my motivation.
Now you're stuck.
You're screwed, bro.
Because if you stop being sad, why aren't you content?
If I offered you contentment, you wouldn't even take it.
