Yeah, I I think even when I was coming here this morning, I obviously took a train to get into London uh just under an hour. matched

I drove from my house to this train station and then I got a cab here. matched

So there was a very limited walking done for an hour and a half, and I did feel a bit stiff and I wouldn't say pain, but discomfort of just sitting for about ninety minutes at the start of the day. matched

And this is, you know, stacking now matched

On top of about seven to eight hours of sleep. matched

So there was a long period in the last 12 hours where I've been pretty sedentary. matched

And that's not ideal. matched

It's to some degree inevitable because I needed to do those things to get to where I am at a certain time. matched
