And by work I'm a pediatric neuropsychologist.

And then connect them with resources, support systems, providers who can help them thrive.

And so that's what I do in the work that I do and

probably over the last three years I've wanted to have a bigger impact because I feel like so many parents

And kids suffer in silence and don't know what they don't know.

And I had so many parents coming into my office and saying

Wow, I just I wish I had known this before.

My kids in fourth grade, I wish I had brought them when they were in first grade.

I just didn't know.
