When you looked at these injuries, do you think they came from a pipe?
I do not believe that these injuries are consistent with the end of a pipe striking the back of the head, no.
Because I don't see any evidence of a curvilinear mark from the end of a pipe.
I also think that if a pipe was traveling with great force and struck the back of the head,
If you're going to say that these were all from the pipe, then it would have to be traveling sort of tangentially across the back of the head.
And I believe that in that situation, it would actually avulse the tissue because the intense energy of the pipe traveling at that speed into the back of the head would cause worse damage than just these few lacerations.
