And Samira's work around the safe working guidance was phenomenal with the elevating it with case studies and examples into the handbook, which the government directly attempted to stymie with its uh imposed contractual changes.

But, you know, alongside the strategic work, we've supported practices through unprecedented changes and challenges.

We've obviously we've got the collective action guidance and the safe working guidance and legal advice, neighborhood blueprints, template letters.
