It's been a really big change the past three years.

You know, I've

been through divorce, I've become a single parent, and I've had a lot of other stuff going on with my family and in my personal life, my own health.

So, you know, it's remembering what's important and remembering when it's a good opportunity to to hand the baton over to the next person because it should never be about you.

It's gotta be about the bigger picture.

It's gotta be about the profession.

I'm not disappearing.

I'll still be around sticking my oar in, I'm sure.

I'll love to come back and opine on all sorts of stuff and the politics with you without my BMA hat on.
