Yeah, absolutely.
So managers really need to have a good grasp on the sort of general well-being within their team and understanding of who's showing signs of higher levels of stress than normal.
And I think it's difficult for managers often because they are, you know, sometimes line managers are managing huge teams.
It's very difficult to get to know individuals on a one-to-one basis.
But where possible, if they can, you know, get a general understanding of how their team is functioning and levels of stress within the team is really important.
