I got to get up and down off the ground every day. So if you're an older person who may hasn't gotten off the ground, I'm older, I'm just talking about over 50, you may not have gotten up and down off the ground for 100 years.

But his hypothesis is that one of the ways that the body tunes itself is by being on the ground. Again โ€“ restoring native ranges, re-approximating joints, right? Kneeling, walking.
