Anthony Fauci, you may not remember, was responsible for telling people that HIV, that AIDS could be passed through fairly casual contact rather than really up to the fear factor.

He's not writing about how to mitigate learning losses or mental health issues or addiction issues as a result of the lockdown and school closures.
