You guys may have to wait a year or two or three to have that baby.
Yeah.
One person at a time because you're not going to change the American Medical Association.
Right.
Let me add, while we were talking about pregnancy, let me add this.
Gestational diabetes.
Is completely caused by what you're eating and is completely reversible without medication by fixing your diet.
And so if you had gestational diabetes in a previous pregnancy, you can have subsequent pregnancies and not have gestational diabetes.
you've got to cut the carbs.
For the average woman in her late teens, 20s, early 30s, who's pregnant and they're like, oh, your blood sugar's going up, you got gestational diabetes.
If you will cut your total daily carbohydrate intake to 100 grams a day or less, it'll go away in 90% of you.
The other 10% will have to cut them down to 50 total grams.
If you're in late 30s, early 40s pregnancy, you may have to cut down to 50 or even 20 total grams.
Not net grams, total grams.
Very important.
Because the big food manufacturers, they're wise to the carb thing now.
And on the front, it'll say only three grams of net carb.
But you turn it around, it's got 20 grams per serving of total carbs.
You've got to count total carbs.
And so gestational diabetes, without exception, is completely reversible.
