I just really appreciate and enjoy the work that I do.

I believe the work that I'm part of is probably one of the most important pieces of work that one can be part of, and that's supporting the next generation of our life, of human existence, supporting our children.

And I believe that ever since I had the chance to get started in this business, in this opportunity of being a physician, I used to tell my kids, always pick a job.

pick a profession that when you wake up in the morning, you look forward to going to work because that's what I've been able to do.

And when I was a physician, I would look forward every morning to getting to the job.

And I did pediatric critical care, which you could argue was a stressful position.

And what I do now, although I don't take care of patients, I believe that I'm making a difference.

I'm part of that multidisciplinary team that is committed and dedicated to the care, to the future of our children.

And that sort of keeps me grounded as we move forward.
