I also like the hack where whenever you have a free few minutes, that's really a nice opportunity to put some of these things into practice.

At work and in our personal lives, there's always things where like something ends a little early, like a meeting ends early or you're doing some task and you finish it and you have this five, 10 minutes before the next meeting.
