Yeah, some early gains.

Because then that builds about I mean the re research certainly shows that, um, doesn't it, that uh, you know, early gains, no matter whether what it is, um um e eating disorders, O C D, whatever it is, generally the reason Glenn Wallace researching Tracy Wade research and Ross Sheffrin, I think they have worked in this space to show that early gains predict future successes.

Whether it's an O C D, PTSD, G A D doesn't really matter as long as you get some w uh you you you client but build uh buys in when they've got

So they have some successes, right?

Uh I'd love I wanna hear about that and I'd I'll I'll get some in and information about the imagery scripting 'cause that's it's close to my heart and

I'd like to see it in O C how it's applied to O C D.

Uh suddenly the act the I the uh C B T

Um imagery rescripting I've seen uh has been quite different to the schematherapy imagery rescripting that I practice routinely that we practice here.

But um anyway it's imagery scripting is good to see no matter how it's no matter how it's done.

Um because schematherapy didn't create imagery scripting, they just use it like uh and I think I think

Absolutely could concur with you there, that's for sure.

Um before we finish, I'd love to have a special chat, a special mention mention of POCD, pedophilic O C D because I think it concerns a lot of people.

We see quite a bit of it and tends to come in clutches of for some reason.

Um and uh I have uh just circling back to something you said earlier, I had a client

who I s uh have seen for quite a few years around all kinds of things and she presented with uh Pedelligo C D and believed she was you know, as they all do, pedophile.

Except for that minor thing about not being sexually attracted to children.

But that's neither here nor there.

And um

Uh but I think early on in fact before many, many years ago when she first developed this as a teenager.
