So with some of the O C D O C D you've got this the key thing I kept coming back to is obsessions and compulsions.

If you've got obsessions and compulsions that are the result of the obsessions, that's O C D.

It's it's rule driven.

Uh and I'm forever saying no, that's not O C D you're describing as O C P D and people often don't seem to know the difference.
