You know, it's not trivial to get treated for prostate cancer.

I think you guys know you can have dysfunction, sexual dysfunction.

You know, no guy wants that.

And why put anybody through that if they don't need it?

So there's just a lot of effort into distinguishing between those prostate cancers that are going to go bad and those that are just going to sit tight, right?

And we need to develop like that kind of knowledge for early onset colorectal cancer.

We need to get better tests that are less of a guess and more of a sure thing.

But another thing that was in the news a couple of weeks ago was Grail.

It was the name of the company.

And they had a test, a multi-cancer early detection test.

And it was a spectacular flame out.

They claimed they had a test that would test what they call circulating tumor DNA.

So these tumors, they grow, they end up throwing off their own mutated DNA and you can find it in circulating in blood.

And for the last 10, 15 years,

the entire field of cancer has hoped that this would be the Holy grail.

That's why they named the, the company that where, you know, now you're not looking for like blood in the stool.

All right.

Which can happen for a number of reasons or you know, shed cells.

I mean, a lot of people also just, you know, don't want to collect stool samples and,
