He says, there is faith in
which is heresy, meaning to deny God, faith, faith in God, heresy to deny God.
He says there's faith, which is heresy and heresy, which is faith.
Or to say it another way, there are the faithful who are really heretics and the heretics who are really the faithful.
And what he means by that is

This is the God who cares an enormous amount about what you do in bed when you're naked by yourself, right?
Right.
This is the God who is ethnocentric and homophobic.
And you are faithful to that God.
You're a heretic.
You're denying the real God.
Right.
So you have faith, which is heresy.
