So it's, you know, so so even if it's a three year program, you know, to get us to get a dental license in the state of New York, you have to go to a hospital program or hospital, you know, an approved program for another year really of education.

Again, that is where most doctors that I know, especially in New York, learn more in that one-year residency than their four years of dental school.

I'm just shocked that more states do not require residencies or GPR.

Oh, from the beginning, every, every operatory is the same as same materials in every office.

Um, we're going to be used, we're going to make sure obviously the practice management software, uh,

It should not only be that each room feels the same, but each room between offices feel the same.

So if we have a doctor moving or an assistant moving from office to office, they should kind of know where everything is without really having to do much explanation.

Things should be in the same spot.

Simple stuff like that.

Then you get to some of the technology and some of the other stuff that we use.

For example,

We use a mouthwatch for taking pictures.

And we have a heavy emphasis on CEREC.

We do a tremendous amount of scanning and milling.

That's, again, standard for every one of our offices.

We have a mill in every office with centralized design.

And then one of the other things that we have to install in every single chair is Isolite.

we use it on every patient's been using it for about 13.

They are one of the things I've been using for probably longer than anything else at this point, about 13 years or so.

And it is just one of the one of the biggest advantages that we've been able to take it to use.
