Different cities, different time zones, playing at different times, and all the circadian rhythms get screwed up.
How do you handle...
Taking care of your sleep.
To nap.
I try.
But when you do, you take the time to really do it.
And you see the difference in like when you bring it on, when you had a good score, you got 41 points.
Napping.
All right.
That's the trick, folks.
Nap if you can, when you can.
You do a lot of sort of nonprofit work too and food access and try to help people.
Maybe share a little bit about that.
