And others have done exactly the same and their numbers go crazy bad.
So it's really about personalization and your metabolic health.
So food isn't just like a nutrient isolation.
It's how the whole food matrix behaves in the body.
That's really important.
The next big idea that was in these guidelines was a certain metabolic reality, which it probably was, it was underappreciated.
