The top source is egg yolks, which often seem to be a bad food because it has cholesterol in it.
But actually, the dietary guidelines in 2015 said cholesterol is no longer a nutrient of concern in the fine print.
I didn't want to advertise that they've been wrong for so many decades.
But when you're talking about neurodevelopmental issues, people don't realize that one in six babies is born with a neurodevelopmental issue.

And so when you say that 90% of women are deficient in this, it seems easy to fix.
