And that's the big challenge in the legal arena with COVID, is trying to find some way to work around the PrEP Act.
There's a physician's assistant, Deb Conrad, who sued a hospital.
She was reporting complications to VAERS.
And every provider that gave one of these shots, they signed a legal contract obligating them to report a list of possible injuries to VAERS.
And if you don't report to VAERS, you've broken the contract and you can sue.
And that is one workaround with VAERS.
The Prep Act.
And so she got fired because she was reporting too many cases of errors.
And this was in Rochester, New York.
And they actually made it through motion to dismiss.
And they were in discovery.
And all of a sudden, the DOJ comes in and they're trying to get the case dismissed.
That has been proven true, yes.
