I mean, I was reading through your work, and I saw your conversation with Rogan not so long ago, where you talked about the
fact that a sleep deprived person has their genes fundamentally working differently.
You talked about 700 genes working differently.
And it can be a downward compounding spiral if you're such a person that's really continually struggling with sleep and building up some of that sleep debt.
