But yeah, you've definitely done some damage, dude.
There's no question about it.
It'll have an effect on you.
But again, if we get you sleeping better and check out your supplements back, we might be able to fix that.
Well, here's one thing I will tell you that happens over time is your ability to get less sleep changes over time.
So when we're younger and we only get five hours, our body snaps back like that.
It's super easy to do things.
But like at 58, like I don't take overnight flights ever.
Why?
My body can't take it anymore.
When I was 30, sure.
35, no problem.
Once I hit 50, no, like I don't do that anymore.
And anybody that wants me to do that, I just tell them no.
