I want to know what happens on the night where you got two minutes of deep sleep.
Because to be clear, you didn't get 30 minutes of deep sleep.
You got significantly more.
Roughly 25% of your night should be roughly deep sleep.

or whoop strap or apple watch whatever whatever it happens to be you want to be thoughtful and look do a trend analysis over the course of time that's where the data becomes valuable because then you can look across your week i like to look at my sleep data on sundays because that kind of sets me up for the week and i say oh gosh it looks like on thursday i had a really crappy night i wonder what happened and then i go into my calendar i'm like oh we there was a game on
And so I was watching the basketball game and I had a beer with my buddy and I had it a lot later than I normally would.
And guess what?
My sleep took a dive.
Okay.
Now,
there's a series of games.
I'm going to make sure I don't drink a beer that late in the game now.
Maybe I'll have it at the beginning of the game, right?
But do you see what I'm saying?
That's how you look at those data and really do something important with them.
Because I think what a lot of people do is they look at them, they either feel good about it or feel like crap about it, and then they just move on with their day.
And so I want them to see some utility and be able to take those numbers and do something.
That is not a business I want to be in.
Here's what I'll tell you is if I had to choose out of the trackers that are around now, I want to base it on form factors.
