In the ring form factor, I would argue rings are better than wristbands.
every day of the week.
Why?
Because we can catch temperature off of your hand much easier at finger rather than we can catch temperature easily off the wrist.
The only metric that's really good off the wrist is heart rate.
And there's a lot of things you can do with heart rate, but it doesn't tell you that much about sleep, which is why I like the ring form factors for sleep.
Now, there's another form factor, which is a headband.
So this is a headband that I have that I use for my meditation that also happens to monitor sleep.
This is called a Muse, M-U-S-E headband.
We can put a link in the show notes if people want.
But this will actually, you wear it at night, and it will actually monitor your brainwaves.
Now, you look kind of goofy to your bed partner, but usually they don't really care.
I mean, they know what you look like anyway.
I already look goofy, so it doesn't matter.
So headbands, I would argue, are probably the most accurate.
The second most accurate are rings.
The third most accurate are going to be watches or things worn on the wrist.
And again, this has to do with proximity to the brain waves.
Now, your second question, I think, is a much more interesting question, is when will we get things non-headband related where we can get it off of a ring or off of a watch?
I would argue with AI and all the things that are kind of going on,
