I think probably in the next 18 months or so, we should see some pretty big things happening for people being able to monitor and get to that point of complexity.
I think we're 18 months to two years away from it.
Right now, there is a ring, believe it or not, that is FDA approved for a full sleep study.
So a sleep doctor could actually
give this ring to somebody and we could measure their sleep, could measure for apnea.
It's called the Happy Ring.
The company's called Happy Sleep.
I have no affiliation with them.
I really like their CEO and I really like the product itself.
I think they make an excellent product.
So again, we're moving in that direction now in terms of the technology and what's kind of starting to happen.
But there's probably two or three different rings out there.
There's probably four or five different wrist straps.
There's probably a couple of different headbands.
I would say pick your form factor before you pick your company and decide what you're most comfortable with.
So as an example, if you wanted to measure activity and sleep, then I think a ring like an aura makes the most sense.
If all you really wanted to measure was activity, then I think a wrist strap is going to do a lot better for you.
The way I like to think about it is aura is like a sleep company that happens to measure activity and whoop is an activity company that happens to measure sleep.
That's how I kind of I personally see them as
different in terms of like what it is you want but like the dashboard for loop for activity is amazing and the dashboard for sleep for aura is amazing so sometimes you might even end up with two devices uh depending upon what it is you're you know trying to accomplish yeah
