I would say, you know, emergency medicine after the surgical specialties is probably one of the more physically demanding specialties in medicine.

So I had a sleep study done a couple of years ago because my snoring was keeping my wife up.
I have mild positional OSA.
So as long as I'm not on my back, I don't have it.
That's the tricky part.
But yeah, I took a picture of myself, like all wired up with the first around sound there.
And it is, I think I got at most six hours of sleep that whole night.
It was so uncomfortable.
Right.
You have to like call the tech in to like, can you shift this wire so I can roll into my left side?
I've used it for folks with fibromyalgia or other kind of neuropathic pain syndromes.
And like you said, kind of mixed results depending on the person.
But as you said, if it works for some people, it's worth trying.
And it is so low risk.
But yeah, it is one of those things that until...
