You kind of are just finding your way a little bit for these things that don't have good treatment guidelines or paradigms.
And you're kind of doing little scraps of research here and there and hopefully coming to something.
But when you're not a specialist in that disorder, sometimes you kind of feel like you're out of your depth at times.
I mean, it's easier than believing, because if you believe, then you have a moral duty to try and do something about it.
And that's a lot harder.

I mean, that's what a CBT is basically, right?
I'm just being facetious.
I know there was that, I think it was a UK study where they showed slight benefits.
And I know it was, let's just say, greeted with some controversy as well as the validity of the results.
That's a phrase that kind of drives me crazy in medicine is the not feeling comfortable, quote unquote, doing something.
I mean, there's right.
There's a lot of things that sometimes like I'm not comfortable doing this, but it's probably the right thing to do.
So it's one of those things where we just love to shoulder responsibility to somebody else.
It's probably true.
Yeah.
It only takes one time to, you know, kind of change your opinion, I suppose.
That's true.
I mean, one of the things I noticed, you know, because I still do a lot of resident and medical student teaching, is just talking to people like they're people can get you a long way.
Yeah, I know there's different practice environments, different relationships that people have with the medical system.
