What is that?
That's the group of women that are about 10 years before they hit menopause.
Remember, menopause is when you haven't had a period in a year.
So those 10 years leading up is perimenopause.
The thing is, you don't know when you're not going to have your period for a year.
So anticipate.
It's a clinical diagnosis.
It's like most women go through menopause at age 51.
So that means that women in their 40s, you can kind of assume that they're in perimenopause.
Yeah.
And even as late as even as early as late 30s.
And so you can offer them HRT, too.
Why not?
HRT is is no dip is what's not no different, but birth control.
Right.
And HRT are like.
Right.
In the same realm, like you're giving a woman birth control.
Birth control is actually higher amounts of synthetic hormones.
Where HRT might be lower amounts of more bioidentical, meaning closer to what your body already does, hormones.
