Certain ones don't work for certain people's lifestyle.

That's what it is.

So like that's what I've kind of gleaned from all this so far.
is that for my lifestyle, because I am very active and I have to be active.
I think a lot of people, maybe or not, or maybe, who at this stage of life, like 40s, 50s, they're also exercising to build lean muscle, right?
Because that's what they have to do.
