There's a lot of things where sometimes I can't believe the world we live in right now compared to 10 years ago when I finished training and first started in the best way, meaning cheers to this generation of men.
Cheers to the generation of men who want to check their sperm.
who want to support their partners, who come to the office, who ask the questions.
Like it is refreshing.
It is how it should be.
We have a generation of like committed men.
A decade ago, women sat alone in my office and they took all the burden and all the blame.
It was hard to get their partners even in to get a semen analysis, let alone to try to talk about changing their lifestyle to support sperm quality.

Like, tell me the supplements.
Tell me what to cut out.

It takes two.
And I am just loving that we do live in this era where we see men wanting to step up to the plate and play an active role in this because that's how it should be.
Women shouldn't have to do this alone.
When you do, really burdensome.
