Which says urgent medical delivery, which was delivered to my home.
And it's unopened.

But in that box is a continuous glucose monitor.
So it very quick story.
People might notice that I did uh four corners in July on the longevity industry.
And as part of that I got a whole lot of bloods done and some of my bloods were just on the high end, particularly in terms of blood sugar control.
So not diabetes, but just on the high end.
And I was speaking to an endocrinologist who said, Oh, you should get one of these glucose monitors and check your postprandial blood sugar, in other words, your blood sugar after you've had a meal and try and keep it down below a certain level.
So I was basically healthy.
Everything else was okay.
So that's okay.
Anyway, I um I haven't opened the box yet.
