In the best case scenario, I don't think you should drink alcohol, but it does allow people an excuse to bond and socialize.
And there's probably nothing healthier than having a good time with friends in a safe way.
If you look at the blue zones, for example, around the world, people live the longest.
Alcohol is sometimes part of their diet.
Again, small amounts.
taken very judiciously and usually in a celebratory fashion.
So there is alcohol on these dietary guidelines, but the implication is don't have it for breakfast.
There should be something done, a small amount, with hopefully some kind of an event that may have alcohol added.

Jason, this is the single biggest investment in rural health care in our nation's history.
It was a visionary move by the president and by Congress to allocate $50 billion, which, to put it in perspective, is 50% more money than these areas of the country get from Medicaid right now.
There's 60 million people at least who live in rural America.
They're all going to benefit.
Right now, your zip code does predict your life expectancy because folks can't get access to care.
They don't get high-quality services.
The $50 billion was deliberately given in a very rapid fashion to each of the states in a way that forces the governors to take charge, to make the difficult choices to right-size the rural health care system, use modern technology to streamline care so you can use AI or telehealth if it's appropriate.
We can get the right number of doctors and nurses into these areas.
We can begin to get groups to work together who historically would not collaborate to help our fellow Americans.
