Stress levels are going to be impacted.
All of these other things, they all feed into each other.
And so the kind of philosophy that we've taken is sleep is hard.
It's really difficult to...
structure your day in a way that lets you sleep and get the right number of hours.
Maybe you're busy with work or you've got all this other stuff going on.
Exercise is important, but also hard.
Who has the time to go and do the requisite number of hours in the gym?
Hydration is quite a simple thing that you can do.
It's low cost.
It's high impact.
And we kind of view it as the foundation that you can then build all those other things.
So if you're well hydrated, it's going to make it, you know, you're going to be feeling a little bit mentally better, physically better.
You're going to maybe have the energy to go to the gym, right?
Or that task that you've got to do is not quite so demanding.
Or you're going to sleep a little bit better and then that sets up the next day.
So, yeah, I think all of these things, they're all interconnected and it's really important to kind of view your body as like this entire object that needs to be taken care of at all those different levels.
Water is the most important thing for life.
Every living organism on the planet requires liquid water to function and to exist.
The reason for that is water has these amazing properties.
