Yeah, so, you know, I think your bio hit it well, and I won't spend too long on that.
But essentially, you know, I started at one.
I graduated in 2002, started at one fee-for-service practice, and I've grown those to eight over the years.
mainly through kind of my love for marketing, my love for kind of the systems, and started a podcast with Craig Spodek, who's out in Delray, Florida, in about 2016.
So we're coming up on our, well, I guess we are at our 10th year of doing this.
There's been about 450 episodes.
Like you mentioned, we have a mastermind, so we coach about 51 dentists in a year-long curriculum.
And then we have one summit a year.
So, so it's kind of good.
I have two, two sides.
I have kind of a coaching mentoring program and I get to see a lot of, you know, the pulse of dentistry, if you will.
And then I have kind of my own ecosystem of, of operations.
So it's, it's a good mix.
It's a good mix and very fulfilling all the way around.
Yeah, so that is essentially the amalgamation of all the practices.
I have four brands under my eight practices.
And so for so many years, honestly, we have been courted and almost sold to a private equity scenario.
And every time I get to that situation, it's just like, this is not for me.
I'm probably not going to be a good acquiree.
And so, look, my love for AI, we're actually doing an AI summit and such, is that, and I know there really isn't a native AI DSO out there.
