and i paused and i said here it is that thing that google promised that everyone would have their own agent right they google analysis in 2022 at their io conference and they gave a demo and there was massive latency in in their demo right you could tell it was a computer but but this is coming for consumers and so here's where i'm going with this if you don't have

a robust team answering phones, you are about to get inundated in the next 12 months by people's agents that are going to be doing outreach.

Because how easy is it for an agent to do outreach for you on a phone call?

Instead of us thinking like, oh, it's the dental receptionist that I may need to get AI for, I want you to flip that.

and say, no, no, no, it's actually going to be the consumer is going to start having an agentic layer that's going to be reaching out.

And they're going to asking questions as a proxy for all these patients and there's minimal costs.
